Pine State Services – A Service Experts Company to Expand into State-of-the-art HQ

December 19, 2024, Scarborough, Maine: Pine State Services – A Service Experts Company has signed a build-to-suit lease on an office/industrial building at 30 Center Street in the Innovation District at the Downs.

Pine State Services, a provider of Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC, servicing southern Maine communities, has outgrown their space in Westbrook and sought a new, state-of-the-art headquarters that would accommodate continued growth and expansion. The new building’s footprint of 25,280 +/-SF will nearly double that of their current space. It is being constructed by Risbara Brothers Construction Company and scheduled for completion by May of 2025.

Pine State Services will join Costco, IDEXX, and a growing list of businesses in The Downs Innovation District, creating a positive impact on the local and regional economy.

The Boulos Company’s Jonathan Rizzo assisted the landlord, Ventinove Holdings, LLC, in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield of Dallas, Texas and Porta & Company’s Vince Ciampi assisted Pine State Services.
