Exeter, New Hampshire, August 1, 2022: Jay and Liz Curcio purchased One Franklin Street as the new home of their acclaimed catering business, The White Apron. The 11,737± SF property has an event space and commercial kitchen on the first floor and three apartments on the second floor.
