The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the lease of a 11,100± SF retail building at 140 Maine Mall Road in South Portland. The space was purchased by JCB Properties, LLC for $1,800,000 from J&L LLC. The buyer purchased the property as an investment.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Craig Young, and on behalf of the buyer by Noah Stebbins.
