Lindt leased 12,000± SF of office space from SIP-Lot 5A, LLC. This space will serve as additional office space for Lindt’s regional headquarters, located nearby at 1 Fine Chocolate Way. Lindt is a Swiss chocolatier and confectionery company that was founded in 1845. It is known for its chocolate truffles and chocolate bars, among other sweets. Lindt is based in Kilchberg, where its main factory and museum are located.
