Brunswick Town Holdings, LLC purchased a three-building retail/office portfolio totaling 25,181± SF from R.E. Management, Inc. for $5,250,000. The buyer is an out-of-state investor with ties to Maine, and the portfolio, which features a mix of national retailers, medical office users, and professional office users, hit all of his investment goals. The recent new development is making the Brunswick area an attractive market for commercial real estate investors.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Greg Boulos and on behalf of the buyer by Noah Stebbins of The Boulos Company.
