Dirigo Federal Credit Union purchased a 6,418± SF retail building from Joy Real Estate of Scarborough, LLC for $2,400,000. This deal will re-develop the 4th corner of the Payne/Gorham Road intersection, joining Sam’s Club, Hannaford & Cumberland Farms. The credit union’s presence can contribute to the overall convenience and accessibility of the area, attracting more residents and businesses to the neighborhood. This is Dirigo Federal Credit Union’s first Scarborough location.
