Colaco, LLC purchased a 3,982± SF retail investment condo from Legacy Partners III, LLC for $1,100,000. The unit is leased to FatFace, a popular clothing retailer that is devoted to style and dedicated to sustainability. Founded in 1988, FatFace is known for its carefully crafted clothing in an effort to make the most sustainable choices for its product, planet, and community.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Christian Stallkamp and Katherine Gemmecke of The Boulos Company and on behalf of the buyer by Bill Mouflouze of Bill Mouflouze Real Estate.
