Ventians, Inc. purchased Machester Place, a Class A office building, from Peary Group LLC. The buyer purchased the building as an investment and plans to further develop the large 60+ acre lot with new construction buildings. Peary Group LLC, the former owner-occupier of Manchester Place with businesses Northern New England Sport and Spine and Northern New England Diagnostics, sold and leased back the space that his companies occupy. Central Maine Health and Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) also lease space at Manchester Place.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Tim Millett and on behalf of the buyer by Craig Church with Magnusson Balfour.
