LoanDepot leased office space at Atlantic Place in South Portland from landlord Atlantic Place Partners. The tenant is a national mortgage company and will be open for business July 2019.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Jessica Estes and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and on behalf of the tenant by Mark Sandler with Compass Commercial Brokers.
