Wishrock Operations, Inc. leased office space in Portland from landlord Income Property Management. The tenant will be relocating its downtown offices to this more suburban location and will remain open for business during the move.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Brice O’Connor and on behalf of the tenant by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko.
