Dr. Quimby is a licensed psychologist, founder, and CEO of Psychology Specialists of Maine. She currently leases space at Two Portland Square in Portland, and at 14 Maine Street in Brunswick, and is excited to expand her practice to include psychiatry services and start renovations on the 3,954± SF building, for which her vision is to create a warm and inviting “modern farmhouse” aesthetic.

The transaction was handled on behalf of the seller, Poulin Property Holdings, LLC, by The Boulos Company’s Craig Young and Sasha Phillips and on behalf of the buyer by Melanie LeClair.
