The move to this iconic location marks a significant milestone for both Loquat and the Maine Charitable Mechanic Association, the landlord of this unique property. Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of The Boulos Company brokered the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord, facilitating a seamless transition into this historic landmark.
Ideally situated in the heart of downtown Portland’s vibrant Arts District, the 1,334± SF retail space offers excellent visibility at the corner of Congress Street and Casco Street. The space boasts high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
