Freeport, Maine, November 1, 2023: The Yilmaz Family, LLC purchased the former KeyBank branch at 135 Main Street for an undisclosed amount. The buyer noted the size of the 4,590± SF building and its prime location as having good potential for a retail tenant.
Yilmaz was represented by The Boulos Company’s Samantha Marinko and Greg Boulos. Boulos’ Jon Rizzo, and Sasha Phillips, and Kristen Schneider of JLL, represented KeyBank.
