Tim Macrae joined The Boulos Company in 2025 as an Analyst with a diverse background spanning real estate, finance, technology, and private equity. After graduating from Middlebury College, Tim worked for a web development company that allowed him to spend some time down in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he worked on developing websites for international liquor company, Diageo. He later found an opportunity to move up to Boston where he transitioned into the real estate field as an Analyst at Muirfield Investment Partners. It was there he got his first experience with commercial real estate deals and earned certificates from Boston University’s Center for Professional Education in Commercial Real Estate Studies and Real Estate Finance.

Tim went on to serve as Senior Analyst at Azad Legacy Partners where he was instrumental in underwriting deals, conducting due diligence, and managing the portfolio of over 1 million square feet with 100+ tenants. He helped to close more than 20 commercial real estate deals during his tenure with the company.

At Boulos, Tim supports the brokerage team with in-depth financial analysis and a passion for problem-solving. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, camping, and spending time with his partner Blair, a PA at Maine Medical, and their dog Heidi the Bernedoodle.
