Lisa Kurdt

Office Manager


Lisa Kurdt is the Office Manager at The Boulos Company’s New Hampshire office. She joined the company in 2000 bringing with her a diverse background including administrative, customer service, and retail management experience.

As Office Manager, Lisa is responsible for all aspects of marketing for the company including designing brochures, advertisements, flyers, mailers, image pieces, newsletters and presentation materials. In addition, Lisa provides administrative support to the brokerage team and is responsible for the day to day operations of the office.

Prior to joining The Boulos Company, Lisa was employed as a legal assistant at a local law office where her responsibilities included drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, deeds, durable powers of attorney, terminal care documents, and premarital agreements.

Lisa was also employed at Foss Manufacturing Company, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, she was responsible for coordinating the sales, production, quality and shipping departments to ensure customer satisfaction. She worked diligently to reduce premium freights and outstanding accounts receivables while increasing sales and organization within the team.
