Andy Gerry joined The Boulos Company as Vice President of Operations in 2025. Before coming to Boulos, he spent his career leading and enhancing operations, technology, and products across multiple industries where he played key roles in creating bespoke services. He built multiple industry-first offerings in the identity theft protection space and was part of the team that grew Intersections Inc. into a company serving more than 5 million customers of all sizes. Andy also directed Custom Ink’s Customer Care transformation, which enabled the company to deliver new services and experience significant growth while reducing costs and driving increased employee satisfaction and engagement. His leadership contributed to Custom Ink’s recognition as a “best place to work” multiple years in a row. 

Fluent in multiple business languages, Andy has a knack for seamlessly bringing varied disciplines and teams together to produce something unique. He is passionate about creating great and differentiated customer experiences, and he’s excited to work alongside the talented Boulos team to learn a new industry and help set the company up for another 50 years of success and growth.  

In his free time, you’ll find Andy volunteering with the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs and Junior Achievement of Maine or proudly hanging out with his two wonderful newly adult children. He also enjoys rock climbing, biking, sailing, and would like to pick up his saxophone again—which he used to meet his wife Laura in a college rock band.
