Gina Margo joined The Boulos Company in 2022, bringing with her a strong foundation in client service and creative marketing developed over six years in residential real estate at Duston Leddy Real Estate. Known for her energy, imagination, and collaborative approach, Gina quickly became a valued member of the Boulos team.

As Marketing Coordinator, she leads creative design for all property marketing and manages the company’s multi-channel marketing initiatives. Her passion for community engagement and brand storytelling has played a key role in expanding The Boulos Company’s social presence and elevating its public profile.
Beyond her work in commercial real estate, Gina brings her design sensibilities to residential interiors, contributing aesthetic direction to new construction projects throughout Southern Maine.

A Scarborough native, Gina currently lives in Saco with her green-eyed rescue cat, Fig. She loves discovering new trails and trying new restaurants with her family and friends, Gina also loves to cook and entertain and is famous for her baking skills, especially her cakes.
