Joseph (Joe) Italiaander has worked in commercial real estate since 2015, when he started his career in brokerage in New York City. While in New York, Joe worked for ABS Partners Real Estate, a vertically integrated real estate company where he focused on retail leasing for a variety of landlord clients throughout the city. In 2019, Joe moved to Maine, and in 2020 he joined The Boulos Company. At Boulos, Joe focuses on a variety of different asset classes – including retail, office and industrial sales & leasing. Additionally, he has a targeted focus on tenant & buyer representation for assignments throughout the state of Maine.

Joe is originally from Atlanta, GA, and spent his childhood summers at sleepaway camp in Bridgton, ME. Joe currently resides in the East End of Portland. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and the occasional bluebird ski day. Joe is an alumnus of The University of Alabama and is a die-hard Crimson Tide football fan (Roll Tide).
