Rachael Desmarais joined The Boulos Company in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant. She comes to commercial real estate after years of working in General Management for prestigious theatre companies on Broadway and Off-Broadway in New York City including Lincoln Center Theater and Manhattan Theatre Club. Rachael loves to collaborate with a team and strives to bring her friendly demeanor and creative problem solving to the Boulos Company. She is a 2017 graduate of Wagner College with a degree in Arts Administration and in 2016 studied theatre and media in UK politics while studying abroad in London, England.

A New Hampshire Native, Rachael spent several years in New York before returning to New Hampshire in 2020. She now lives in Biddeford with her husband, Zac, their two cats, Bailey and Brie, and dog, Boromir. In her free time Rachael enjoys playing board games, trying new restaurants, and checking out the local performing groups in Portland and Southern Maine.
