Karen is a Transaction Manager with over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining The Boulos Company, Karen was employed by CBRE, Inc. where she supported the Advisory & Transaction Services team in the Manchester, NH office. Karen is the point of contact for various tenant/landlord and seller/buyer projects. In addition to commercial real estate, Karen has a background in applications and project management working for tech companies.

Karen is a native of New Hampshire and lives in Litchfield with her husband Mike. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her grown kids/family. Karen is a fast and exotic car enthusiast.
