Roy Donnelly joined The Boulos Company in 2023 as an associate supporting Nick Lucas. Previously he worked at a small private equity firm and development company in Boston. He has also worked as an associate broker, focusing on commercial real estate in Rockland, and in the Boston area as a leasing agent. A landlord himself, Roy owns several rental properties across the state.

Roy is a Bangor-area native and 2017 graduate of Colby College, where he was a two-year captain of the men’s and women’s track and field teams. He lives in Waldoboro on a pond and looks forward to installing a “real” dock. A huge Bill Belichick fan, his favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon is watching football and cooking.
