Christopher (Topher) Stephenson joined The Boulos Company in 2020. Topher brings to The Boulos Company a decade of digital marketing expertise & has spent nearly seven years marketing commercial properties throughout the United States for Portland-based private equity group, Atlantic National Trust, who brought him on to build & manage their online real estate marketing program. Topher’s combination of commercial real estate & marketing experience has enabled him to anticipate changes in real estate technology and the methods used to reach buyers & tenants. Before his work with Atlantic, Topher’s experience ranged from working with notable brands such as Red Bull North America to helping fledgling startups & local businesses grow their digital footprints.

Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and received his MBA in Business Analytics through the University of Southern Maine in May of 2021. A native of Kingston, Ontario, he grew up in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Cape Elizabeth, where he and his fiance enjoy taking advantage of Maine’s outdoors & exquisite restaurant scene. Topher is a former Board Member and advisor to the Board of Directors for PROPEL. He is addicted to cold brew and his favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon is hiking, swimming, or doing anything outdoors. His favorite Portland restaurant is Boda and after checking Mount Katahdin off his bucket list he is slowly hiking his way through the 48 4,000+ footer mountains.
